1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between malbat ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any feature of the malbat website located at malbat.bio and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces.
By completing the malbat registration process, by making a deposit, by placing a bet, or by using any game, promotional offer, or support feature on the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. malbat reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2 Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
The malbat platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any promotional activity on malbat. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. malbat reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility
malbat primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for determining whether online betting and gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before using the Platform. malbat makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in any specific jurisdiction outside of its primary operating territory. By using the Platform, you confirm that your use is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
2.3 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one active malbat account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a different identity, using different payment methods, or using different devices or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, malbat reserves the right to merge, restrict, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any associated bets or withdrawals.
2.4 Prohibited Persons
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an account on malbat:
- Individuals under the age of 18;
- Employees, contractors, directors, or agents of malbat or any of its affiliated companies;
- Immediate family members of malbat employees or contractors residing in the same household;
- Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from the malbat platform;
- Individuals acting on behalf of a third party without the express prior written consent of malbat.
3 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To access the full malbat platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your malbat username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. malbat will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify malbat immediately at [email protected].
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
malbat operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any time during your use of the Platform:
- A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence);
- Proof of residential address issued within the last three months (e.g., utility bill or bank statement);
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., bKash or Nagad account confirmation);
- Additional documentation as required by malbat's compliance team.
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary restrictions on withdrawals or, in persistent cases of non-compliance, account suspension.
3.4 Account Closure
You may request closure of your malbat account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, malbat will process any outstanding valid withdrawal requests before closing the account. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened subject to identity verification and the satisfaction of any outstanding compliance requirements.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
malbat supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to you may vary depending on your location and account status. malbat does not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not listed in the cashier section of your account.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits
The minimum deposit on malbat is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and are displayed in the malbat cashier. malbat reserves the right to adjust deposit limits for individual accounts based on responsible gaming considerations, account status, or verification requirements.
4.3 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically completed within 15 to 20 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take between 3 and 5 business days depending on the issuing bank. malbat reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests where KYC verification is incomplete or where a transaction is flagged for compliance review.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals may not be processed in the following circumstances:
- The account has an outstanding balance of active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements;
- The account is under compliance review or has an outstanding KYC documentation request;
- The withdrawal request is below the minimum withdrawal threshold;
- malbat has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity on the account.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on malbat are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where a payment is received in a different currency, malbat will convert it to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. Any currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the account holder.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 General Bonus Terms
From time to time, malbat may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the promotion is offered, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum withdrawal caps. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are only available to players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion. malbat reserves the right to exclude any account from a promotion at its sole discretion, including accounts that have previously been found to engage in bonus abuse. Players who hold multiple accounts or who use VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions are not eligible for any malbat bonus or promotional offer.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the terms of each promotion. Stakes placed on certain game types (including but not limited to certain table games, live games, or low-margin sports bets) may not contribute, or may contribute only partially, to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. 5.4 Bonus Expiry
All bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements within the stated promotional period will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account. malbat will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
6.1 Placing Bets
A bet placed on malbat is only valid once the Platform has confirmed acceptance of the bet and a unique bet reference number has been generated and displayed. Bets placed are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player after confirmation, except where malbat explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-editing feature for a specific market. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and applicable odds — before confirming a bet.
6.2 Odds and Market Rules
Odds displayed on malbat reflect the current market valuation at the time of display and are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Accepted bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet was confirmed. malbat reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as the result of an obvious error in odds pricing ("palpable error"). In the event of a palpable error, malbat will notify affected players and process refunds of the relevant stakes.
6.3 Cricket Betting Rules
Cricket betting on malbat covers Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), Indian Premier League (IPL), T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series involving the Bangladesh Tigers. In the event that a cricket match is abandoned, interrupted, or concluded prematurely, malbat will settle affected bets in accordance with the official rules of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BCCI) and standard cricket betting market rules. Tournament outright bets remain valid unless the tournament itself is cancelled without a winner being determined, in which case stakes will be refunded.
6.4 Casino and Live Casino Rules
Games offered in the malbat casino and live casino sections are governed by the rules of the individual game as determined by the supplying studio (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Play'n GO). In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game freeze — malbat will apply the resolution policy of the supplying studio. 6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

7 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the malbat platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all bets, and forfeiture of all account balances:
- Fraudulent activity: Including but not limited to using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, providing false identity information, or exploiting technical errors for financial gain;
- Bonus abuse: Including systematic exploitation of promotional offers, creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, or any wagering strategy designed specifically to circumvent bonus terms;
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
- Money laundering: Using the malbat platform as a vehicle for depositing, transferring, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal activity;
- Arbitrage betting: Using malbat in combination with other platforms to guarantee profits regardless of outcome, including systematic matched betting on promotional offers;
- Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the malbat platform without express written permission;
- VPN and proxy use: Using virtual private networks, proxy services, or any other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or conceal your true location;
- Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your malbat account;
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward malbat staff or other players through any support or communication channel.
8 Responsible Gaming
malbat is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. The Platform provides a comprehensive set of responsible gaming tools accessible to all registered players from the account settings panel after login. These tools include:
- Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your malbat account;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, license, or create derivative works from any content on the malbat platform without the prior written consent of malbat or the relevant rights holder.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, malbat, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the malbat platform;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses;
- Losses arising from technical errors, server failures, interrupted connections, or any other cause beyond malbat's reasonable control;
- Losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials or from unauthorized access to your account by a third party;
- Decisions made by you based on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits malbat's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. In all other cases, malbat's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your malbat account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11 Privacy & Data
malbat collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on malbat, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. malbat uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted to and from the Platform. Personal data is never sold or rented to third parties. malbat may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and fraud prevention services strictly as necessary to operate the Platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.
12 Amendments to These Terms
malbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, malbat will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the malbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support at [email protected]. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or your use of the malbat platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting malbat support at [email protected]. malbat will endeavour to acknowledge all dispute notifications within 5 business days and to provide a written response within 30 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
